Times have changed indeed; we have gotten to a point where even our day to day problems are different. Our usual questions used to be “where are we ought to go next during our free time?” Now it has become “what social networking site am I to spend my time next?”At a time when we are all scratching our head because of all the options that are flashed in front of us on the internet, Google has presented yet another social networking site to ponder on how are we to react to it. To be brutally honest, most people are probably thinking “oh no, not another one again”. People now are at the point where even though they’re just managing one social networking site, the experience can still be pretty daunting. You can try it out yourself. Here’s how it goes. Make sure you’ve got at least 500 friends on Facebook or any other social networking site you most usually use, don’t log in for 3 days. Restrain yourself to not open up your profile even for just a peek in your mobile. The first time you log back in again after 3 days, make sure to time yourself from the time of logging in until the time it takes you before you felt satisfied that you’ve already been updated with all the things that went when you were offline. If it took you more than 30 minutes that is the evidence we were trying to get.
People now feel overloaded with the offering social networking sites give them. Now bringing this into context of Google plus, it would seem that the new site is going into a territory it cannot win correct? Wrong, you see Google plus have now developed its own loyal following. And in the internet world that is all you need. Let’s go back when Facebook was on its infancy. Remember how it got to every Ivy school first in the country. The ever so popular social networking giant once started its roots through schools and colleges. That’s how it developed its first loyal following long enough for them to exist until the whole world finds that Facebook is a superior product.
That is why if we are to trace the roots of how the biggest social networking site grabbed a hold of almost all the internet literate person in the planet we would see that Google is still on track. It might not be able to duplicate the ascension or rate at which other sites became a hit but that is easily explained because of how much saturated the market is.
For all those still thinking twice if this is something that is going to fade think again. There is still time to increase plus ones. Judging from how Google plus was everywhere on the most recent Google I/O convention, the internet giant have no plan to just pull the chair from under this project. Choose quickly especially if you’re running a business. It might be your brand that may fade in the long run if do not consider.
